Sometimes you just have to cut through the clutter first. We believe your best possible space is lying in wait, and are passionate about helping clients sell what no longer fits to reorganize toward a more functional minimalism.

how it works…

  1. Inventory: We discuss what stays, what sells, and what your ideal return would be. We work from there to draft a plan that meets your goals.

  2. Strategy: A sale is only as good as its planning, which involves the small details (scheduling) to the bigger moves (security and staging). We draft a plan, take starting photos (to post ads without delay), and begin marketing ASAP.

  3. Staging: Perhaps the most fun part of the process (aside from the sale), our team comes over to design your sale! Photos are taken after the staging process is complete and ads are refreshed across platforms.

  4. Marketing: Our efforts to market your sale are unceasing (literally). Before the sale, listings are posted and refreshed across five platforms. During the sale, we take new photos, re-post ads, and engage with new buyers. All the while, we respond to every question individually. This is the labor of love that sets us apart in the business - we are driven by a passion and excellence in advertising that our competitors cannot match.

  5. Signage: We custom design and print signs for your sale using recycled materials, and post them at critical locations in the area after studying traffic patterns, capturing buyers who don’t typically frequent digital channels. Easy-to-read, well placed signage attracts otherwise untapped neighbor and drive-by business.
